2. Recording Sessions for Missed Webinars/Workshops

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to participants missing a live session. To support your learning journey, we provide access to recorded sessions (if available) for any registered participant who is unable to attend a live webinar or workshop.

3. Master Class Refund Policy: 7 Days

• For our Master Classes, participants have a 7-day window from the date of registration to request a refund should they decide to withdraw. After this period, the fee becomes nonrefundable.

Refund Procedure:

• To initiate a refund, please send an email to edu@analyz360.com within the 2 business days, mentioning your name, course details, and the reason for withdrawal. Our team will guide you through the process.
