1. Webinar/Workshop Fee: Nonrefundable
- The fees for our webinars and workshops are nonrefundable. This policy is in line with the commitment we make to our instructors and the resources we allocate to organize these learning opportunities.
2. Recording Sessions for Missed Webinars/Workshops
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to participants missing a live session. To support your learning journey, we provide access to recorded sessions (if available) for any registered participant who is unable to attend a live webinar or workshop.
3. Master Class Refund Policy: 7 Days
- For our Master Classes, participants have a 7-day window from the date of registration to request a refund should they decide to withdraw. After this period, the fee becomes nonrefundable.
Refund Procedure:
- To initiate a refund, please send an email to edu@analyz360.com within the 2 business days, mentioning your name, course details, and the reason for withdrawal. Our team will guide you through the process.
